Definitions

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy Declaration:

• Application / App: means the software program MyWallApp® - Wallpapers downloaded by You on any electronic device.
• Application Store / App Store: means the digital distribution service operated by Google Inc. (Google Play Store) through which the Application has been downloaded.
• We, Us or Our:  in this Agreement refers to MyWallApp®.
• Country: refers to: India
• Device: means any device that can access the MyWallApp® app on a computer, a cellphone, a digital tablet or any electronic devices capable of downloading / loading / using the MyWallApp® application.
• Subscriptions: refers to the services or access to the Service offered on a subscription basis by MyWallApp® to You.
• You / User: means the individual accessing or using the Service by MyWallApp® or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service by MyWallApp®, as applicable.

Privacy Commitment

This privacy statement is created to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The Privacy Policy details if any of your personal information is collected and processed by MyWallApp® when you use the mobile application downloaded from Google Play Store.

Sign – In using Google Account for In-App Purchases

To use the favourites functionality of the app you need to sign in using your Google Account. This enables you to:

• Add / Remove wallpapers to your favourites
• Sync these favourites across multiple devices or when you change your phone / tablet.

We do not collect or can view/access your sign in information like your email id or password. None of this data is stored in the database accessible to us. Whenever you sign in and add / remove a favourite, Google generates an id number for your account. We can view that id number and the wallpapers added as favourites against that id number. We cannot identify any person or email id against the id number and what favourites has the person added in his / her account.

Crash Reporting, Analysis and App Performance

We do not use any third-party integration besides Google Play Services and Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect app usage data or crash analytics. We only use the Android Vitals & Firebase Craslytics which help us understand and analyse Android app performance. Android Vitals & Crashlytics provides us with the following information regarding crashes in the app:

• Crash Log with the time of crash
• App Version
• Android Version
• Device

We do not get any personal information in the ANRs (application not responding) & Crashes provided by Android Vitals. We use OneSignal (third-party) to push notifications periodically to users using the app. OneSignal provides us with a unique player id along with the following data:

• Notification Subscription Status
• Last Active
• First Session
• Device Model
• Total Sessions
• App Version
• Country
• Rooted Status
• Usage Duration

We cannot use the Player ID provided to us by OneSignal to identify you or any of your personal sensitive information.

Permissions

Photos / Media / Files (can be denied in-app): Allows app to apply wallpapers

• read the contents of your USB storage
• modify or delete the contents of your USB storage

Storage (can be denied in-app): Allows app to apply wallpapers

• modify or delete the contents of your USB storage

Other Permissions:

• Receive data from Internet: Allows the app to load wallpapers thumbs / wallpapers through our cloud servers / Google sign-in / favourites sync.
• View network connections: Allows the app to see what networks the device has access to. App needs it to access the internet to load wallpaper thumbs / wallpapers / Google sign-in / favourites sync. Full network access: Allows the app to access whatever network the device is connected to at the time. Needed to access internet to load wallpaper thumbs / wallpapers / Google sign-in / favourites sync.
• Run at start-up: The app pushes notifications periodically. The App must ask the system to do so. But every time the device reboots, the system clears such requests, so the app needs to reissue the request again.
• Set wallpaper: Allows the app to set the image in the background of the home screen / lock screen / both on a device.
• Control vibration: Allows the app to control the vibration function of device when sending push notifications if phone state is set in vibration mode.
• Prevent device from sleeping: Allows the app to send notifications to device and wake it from sleep mode.
• Google Play license check: Allows the app to perform a license check with Google Play.
• Google Play Billing Service: Allows app to manage your subscription to premium wallpapers category.

Discord Community

We have a third-party link in-app termed as “Community”. It redirects you to our Discord Server. We use discord to communicate with the community. Joining our discord community is optional

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. If You do not agree to the new privacy policy, in whole or in part, please stop using the Application.
